At 219 Aesthetics, we take pride in providing luxury beauty products and intentional customer experiences. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products, including lash adhesives and lash shampoos.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customersupport@219aesthetics.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist accordingly.
