SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:
- Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
- During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
- 219 Aesthetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, 219 Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
